Cell Phones Charged?
Extra water?
Blanket in car?
Flash light ready?
Matches?
Food you don’t have to cook?
Pet food/Cat litter
Any medicines you might need?
Enough gas in car NOT to freeze in the lines.
Take extra clothes, gloves and scarves with you
A candle in a metal 3# coffee can filled with sand will keep you warm till help can arrive if stuck in vehicle.
Computers and hand held games charged.
Remember don’t leave your car unless absolutely necessary.  Emergency vehicles have trouble getting to people because of the weather as well, but they will get there.
Cover windows with extra blankets/comforters (if you have any) to keep heat  that is already in the rooms,  if there is a power failure.
Store perishables outside if electricity goes out for more than 24 hours and the temperature is below 32 allows. The frig  will begin to get warm.  A sealed freezer can stay that way for several days if not opened, unless absolutely necessary.
When driving watch the other guy, because he many not be watching you.
