Library director, Heather Duke, reported that she had been in contact with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and they are checking to see if it would be available for our library. We have received one bid to replace the old air conditioning unit. Nancy will try to get at least one other bid before proceeding.
Nancy reported ongoing problems with the pecan tree behind the library. She will take care of the trees sprouting. Rod Redburn will trim the rose bushes this fall.
Discussion was held about the railings leading to the north entrance. Nancy will contact an iron worker about possibilities.
