Oswego Library Board Special Meeting
September 29, 2020.
Attendees: Nancy Korinek, Susan Johnson, Carol Mcleod , Jan Owens, Jenni Green and Paula Kern (via speaker phone).
Agenda: Contractor for Library roof repairs per insurance determination.
Meeting called to order at 5:45pm by President Nancy Korinek.
Nancy Korinek presented proposals from Superior Roofing and Blackwell Roofing. Discussion was held. Adam Jensen with Superior Roofing was contacted via speaker phone to clarify their proposal. After further discussion, Paula Kern moved and Carol Mcleod seconded to award the contract to Superior Roofing. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
Note: After meeting, Adam Jensen with Superior Roofing sent picture of proposed shingle color (Georgetown Gray) via text. Nancy Korinek forwarded to other board members. Majority responses were in favor of proposed color.
