Tai Chi is low impact exercise suitable for any age, even older adults who may not exercise. Endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation, the slow body movement has been shown to reduce pain and improve mental and physical well being.
The Library is proud and excited to bring such a distinguished instructor for this demonstration. Jerry Steffenhagen offers several Tai-Chi classes through the week in Parsons and if there is enough response, maybe classes to be held in Oswego. We hope you will have time to stop in and see what Tai-Chi is all about.
